看英文原文
The .québec TLD (with an acute sign on the first "e") will be used as a synchronized TLD with the existing .quebec (without acute sign), in the same way as the IDN ccTLD .中國 (.xn--fiqz9s) is used as a synchronized TLD in conjunction with .中国. Just as both .中国 and .中國 are operated by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), .québec and .quebec will both be operated by PointQuebec Inc., in line with the same-entity principle described in the reports of the LD-PDP WG.
